Or perhaps the free iStat Pro widget for one's Dashboard.
Both are suitable for monitoring the processor, memory, and disk resources on the Mac.

This blog will document my experiences of moving from Windows to a Mac. I do IT/computers/consulting for a living, have 20+ years in the business, and am simply no longer willing to be a "test pilot" for software such as Microsoft Vista. I just need it to work.
